About Us

Talent Bandit is a female, minority-owned company with a diverse group of leaders in its arsenal. And, as our name suggests, we’ve got a bit of an outlaw streak. Meet our team below:

Rachel Neil

Rachel Neill

Founder

Rachel’s background includes extensive experience in and national recognition for building exceptional teams, facilitating fundraising, and scaling companies. In 2017, determined to reinvent the staffing process and create better alignment between top-tier companies and best-in-class talent, Rachel left her comfortable gig and regular paycheck to launch Carex Consulting Group, a career matchmaking firm. Prior to founding Carex, she worked as an executive at Nordic Consulting and helped to build it into one of the largest nationwide Epic consulting firms. Talent acquisition and company culture is Rachel’s jam, and she’s proud to be an entrepreneur, a connector, a working mom of five, and a dog lover. She’s also never met a Peloton run she didn’t like.

Bill Neill

Bill Neill

Founder
Founder with a high proclivity towards dad jokes. Headphones aficionado and all-around gadget guy.

Bill’s held leadership and consulting roles at some of the biggest names in software and healthtech — Epic, Hyland, and Nordic Consulting, to name a few. His robust knowledge of healthtech — and the needs when it comes to hiring for these types of specialized companies — translates well to the recruiting world and founding of Carex Consulting Group alongside Rachel.. Originally from San Francisco, Bill witnessed the tech boom of Silicon Valley right outside his door, and the free flow of ideas and innovation ecosystem of the Bay Area is something that’s stuck with him throughout his career, which is evident in his passion for startups and entrepreneurial ventures. In addition to loving a good dad joke, he’s the one we go to when we’re looking to buy our next gadget — headphones especially..

Casey Liakos

Casey Liakos

Founder

Before jumping into the world of recruiting, Casey dedicated over 15 years of his career to improving healthcare via high-quality and cost-effective use of technology. Seeing the healthcare world through the lens of IT, he got a well-rounded view of that industry as well as the broader business landscape — which he now uses to assess and synthesize client needs. Casey has worked alongside Rachel and Bill since the early months of Carex Consulting Group, where he’s responsible for developing new business lines, expanding Carex’s geographic markets, and partner growth. An indefatigable connector of people, Casey is a fun-loving father who readily admits that his fishing prowess leaves much to be desired — but will happily cast his line regardless.

Jon Cyrus

Jon Cyrus

Founder

Jon’s career spans both sides of the keyboard. After a dozen years in software implementation, he completed a Master’s in Computer Science with advanced research in cryptology, machine learning model comprehensibility, and database indexing. He believes each next-step should be measurable, its output helpful, and make forward progress toward a goal, and that philosophy found him repeatedly crossing paths with Rachel, Bill, Casey, and Matt in both his professional undertakings and personal side-projects. If you catch him with a free moment, he’s highly likely to bend your ear to boredom in discussion of philosophy, science fiction, the digital frontier, or Formula 1.
