    TalentBandit Ltd. ("TalentBandit", "we", "us", "our") operates the TalentBandit platform, a recruitment marketplace for the iGaming industry. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Platform.

    We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Maltese data protection laws.

    Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and professional information when creating an account
  • CV and application materials when applying for jobs
  • Company information when posting job listings
  • Communications you send to us or through the Platform

    • Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section)

    • Information from third parties:

  • LinkedIn and other professional networks when you connect them to your account
  • Background check providers (where applicable and with your consent)

    Employers and Candidates: When you apply for a job, your application data is shared with the relevant employer. When you post a job, your company information is visible to candidates.

    Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.

    Legal Requirements: We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

    We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

    7. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations:

  • Active account data: Duration of account + 2 years
  • Application data: 2 years from application date
  • Analytics data: 26 months (aggregated only after 13 months)
  • Legal compliance records: 7 years

    We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel
  • Regular security assessments
  • Incident response procedures

    • Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

    9. International Transfers

    Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
