    • 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using TalentBandit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

    TalentBandit is operated by TalentBandit Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

    2. Use of Platform

    The Platform is intended for legitimate employment and recruitment purposes within the iGaming industry. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without our written consent
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

    3. User Accounts

    To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

    4. Job Listings

    For Employers: By posting a job listing, you represent that the opportunity is genuine and that you have authority to recruit for the role. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

    For Candidates: Applications submitted through the Platform are processed by the respective employers. TalentBandit is not party to the employment relationship and accepts no responsibility for hiring decisions.

    5. Privacy

    Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TalentBandit Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

    7. Disclaimers

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job listings or candidate profiles on the Platform.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALENTBANDIT LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
